(Spencer, MA)  – Exsel Advertising, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Darlene Sojka to the newly created position of Account Supervisor.  Ms. Sojka joined Exsel in 2005 as an Account Coordinator, acting as liaison between the clients and the creative services department where she has provided valuable input and insights and has managed the execution of new projects, advertising campaigns and sales presentations with prospective clients.  In her new role, Darlene will also be responsible for developing and maintaining client objectives.

In addition, Exsel welcomes two new hires to the Exsel team: Allison Hall joins Exsel as Senior Account Executive and Nicole Belanger Capuano joins the team as Account Coordinator.

With a 20 year background in sales, account management and marketing, and a combination of client-side marketing management skills and prior agency experience, Ms. Hall will be responsible for project management and ongoing development of existing client relationships at Exsel. Ms. Capuano brings her marketing, branding and promotion experience to the account service team and will be responsible for conceptualizing, researching, drafting, editing and proofing a variety of marketing communication materials and projects.
