Kathy has 28 years of advertising/agency experience. Starting out in an advertising/public relations office within a large manufacturing company, she began as assistant to the manager. Her responsibilities increased to include coordination and set up of trade show exhibits and was later promoted to Graphic Designer where she was responsible for design and production of collateral material working closely with advertising agencies, photographers, prepress and printers.

Kathy then joined a large advertising agency, in Springfield, Massachusetts, where she was responsible for the agency’s office administration and staff. She was also responsible for account service support and assisting the President. This agency is where she met and formed her working relationship with Donna Messier.

In 1992, Kathy joined Donna at Exsel Advertising. In the subsequent 17 years she has been involved with every aspect of the agency. Today, she fills the role of both VP of Operations and Account Supervisor for a number of key accounts.
