Experience. That is what Donna continually draws upon as a result of her 30 plus years in the advertising and marketing arena.

Donna’s experience comes from both the client and agency side. As Product Development/Design Manager for 15 years with a major sporting goods company, she was responsible for the design, licensing and merchandising of over 14 product lines, working closely with their advertising agency to bring the products to market.

Donna reversed her client/agency relationship by serving as an Account Manager for a large advertising agency in Springfield, MA. The switch was invaluable in understanding and addressing the challenges inherent to creating a successful agency/client partnership.

Driven to provide the best possible combination of client service and award-winning creative, Donna founded Exsel Advertising in 1991. Since its inception, she has guided the steady growth of the agency by investing in Exsel’s personnel, and their ever-changing technology requirements. She currently manages a broad range of clientele, some of which include: BJ’s Wholesale Clubs, AFC, Spencer Savings Bank, Mylec and All-Star Sporting Goods.

Donna’s tireless work ethic has been rewarded as Exsel Advertising was named one of Massachusetts Top 50 Diverse Companies by the nation’s leading diversity site, Div2000.com.

Donna is also associated with a number of professional and charitable organizations. She is a member of the Worcester Chamber of Commerce and WIN; the U.S. Women’s Chamber of Commerce; the Exchange Club of Spencer; and is a Corporator for Spencer Savings Bank.

Donna’s hobbies are her 8 Grandchildren.
